We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via tracked service.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your kit is on its way.

Domestic (Canada): 3–7 business days
U.S. Orders: 7–10 business days

Please note: seasonal kits may have slightly longer lead times during launch periods.

Returns

We want you to love your Artly experience.

If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello.noomstudio@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

Because each kit is produced in limited batches, we’re unable to accept returns for opened or used items — but we’ll always do our best to help.
